Our new chardonnay under the Mesnil sur Blanc label is a complex blend of multiple vineyards from Mendocino and Sonoma county. The majority of this wine comes from Mendocino so we have put Mendocino as the appellation.
Aged in French oak barrels and stainless steel drums at approximately 50% of each. The wine was filtered but not fined and it is low in alcohol at 12.5%.
Mesnil Sur Blanc is incredibly complex yet very smooth and approachable to go either by itself on a hot day or with fish and seafood dishes.
