The 2021 Mataro (San Benito County) from Enz, is absolutely gorgeous. A wine of notable density and resonance, the 2021 is one of the best wines I have tasted from this site planted on decomposed granite over limestone in Lime Kiln Valley. What an eye-opening wine it is.
