A wine of tremendous inner power and tension. Light straw color with nose of hazelnut, Meyer lemon, fresh apricot, marzipan and brioche. Floral with a hint of gunflint. Still very primary and full of kinetic energy. Fills out the palate with dense and lively white peach. Characteristic power and focus that makes Bentrock Chardonnay so special. A serious and driving wine ultimately defined by persistence and luminous acidity.
