After re-pressing and finishing fermentation the wine was filled into 500 litre Hungarian oak casks in our extensive, deep, underground cellars to mature for over two years.
The wine has a beautiful bright golden colour, a powerful nose of dried red fruits and plenty of botrytis character. On the palate it shows notes of honey and nuts, with a typical full body, lively acidity and powerful structure.
Serve cool with Asian food, spicy meats, desserts and blue cheeses.
