2021 VIGNERON CHARDONNAY
A unique collaboration between Master Sommelier Carlton
McCoy Jr. and Winemaker Nico Cueva, Haynes Vineyard is
a historic site producing wines of intent with a sense of
place that tell the story of the land. Focusing on Chardonnay
and Pinot Noir, the Haynes wines are vineyard designated
single-vineyard bottlings made from historic vines planted in
1968 in the heart of the Coombsville AVA.
TASTING NOTES
A light and fresh wine from the Haynes Vineyard, the Vigneron Chardonnay
shows mineral-tense expression of the site. Produced from 30-year-old vines,
the youngest on the site, this Chardonnay expresses great pedigree and sense
of place.
