2021 Turley Bectholdt Vineyard Cinsault

Planted in 1885, this Cinsault vineyard is certainly the oldest of its kind in the United States, and perhaps even the oldest Cinsault in the world!
A light bodied red grape, Cinsault is usually found in the south of France as a component of Chauteneuf-du-Pape in the Rhone Valley.

Tasting notes:
Stunning straight from the first pour, the Cinsault from these organic dry farmed 136 year old vines positively shimmers in the glass.
Deeply perfumed, with notes of hibiscus, sun-kissed peaches, strawberry and warm sand; the sun incarnate. The light, lovely textures balanced by lovely acidity; we recommend serving with a slight chill on a warm summers eve.
