Moving to the Cabernet releases, I was able to taste a similar 2014 to 2016 lineup. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon offers textbook black currant and tobacco notes, with more background graphite and earthy minerality developing with time in the glass. It shows the charming, elegant, seamless style of the vintage to a T, has full-bodied richness, no hard edges, and a great, great finish. Drink this brilliant wine any time over the coming 25-30 years.
