This is a corporation between Timo Mayer and his son Rivars Mayer.

All Bloody Hill Village’s wines are handpicked, spontaneously fermented dry, 6 months in seasoned hogsheads, where they undergo full malo and are bottled unfiltered.

Shiraz - Coldstream 

Ten year old vines from Coldstream, Yarra Valley. Vineyard is on the Valley floor, north facing. Best and 1654 clone mix. 1/3 Whole bunch, 2/3 de-stemmed co ferment.
