It has an excellent acid balance, a\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003esmooth, silky texture and a clean, long, crisp finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAfter a cool spring, the vintage was characterised by a hot\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003esummer with temperatures often above 35℃ and with\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003epersistent showers, accelerating maturation and leading to\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003ean early harvest. October saw fantastic weather with high\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003etemperatures, sunny days and no precipitation. These\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003econditions were ideal for the Aszú berry formation and at\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003elast we were able to collect berries in large quantities, a\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003egenerous proportion of which are included in this blend.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThere was an abundance of ripe fruit and the overall\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003equality was excellent. An outstanding vintage with nice\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003ebalance in the dry wines and unbelievable richness in the\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003esweets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eOverall, an outstanding vintage, ripe, rich, and balanced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eThe grapes were harvested in October and at the beginning\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eof November.
