The palate weight is luxurious with nuances reminiscent of honeycomb and loquat and large, crunchy flakes of sea salt. Suave and expansive. Feels like a silk pillowcase. Lovely convergence of fruit density, saline notes, buoyant and refreshing acidity and pure Jonata/Flor power. Gravel driveway after a rainstorm. Compact and powerful vintage. Compelling and complete.
