The 2021 Cinsault (Lodi) is soft, fruity and very easy to like. The 100% stems are very nicely integrated. Sweet red cherry, cedar, tobacco, mint and crushed red berry fruit all grace this understated, bright Cinsault. The purity of the fruit is compelling. Sandy soils come through in the wine’s ethereal personality.
