CALIFORNIA OLD VINES RED WINE
The object of pleiades is to be delicious, delight the jaded, irritate the wine police and go well with anything red wine goes well with.
Each component of the is crafted and aged in small quantities, by traditional Thackrey artisanal practices. We produce premium single sourced varietal wines, then age them individually before blending into the final composition.
Fragrant and voluptuous when first released, it will become far more subtle and complex with age, as of course we all will: but such restraint may just be too much to ask...Perfumed dark fruits fill your glass when first opened and are followed by a brightly focused core of red berries, baking spice and juicy acidity. A blend of Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Viognier and Petite Syrah to name but a few. A wine truly greater than the sum of its parts.
